It's now or never
Imagine that you had to realize everything there is to realize right now. Imagine that you’d never get to have any further information of any kind:
You can’t read or hear another word about this.
You don’t get to ponder any next thought.
You don’t even get a next fraction of a second.
You don’t get to practice some more first.
Right now, this moment, exactly as it is — that’s all you get.
Then what is already the case?
What is already here?
Already wordlessly known?
Already utterly obvious?
It makes sense to imagine this, because that’s how it actually is: You will never find something in the future, not even a second from now, where the missing piece of the puzzle is added and it finally clicks.
Because it is always only this moment.
And this is all we get.
If it can’t be realized now, it never will be.
You have all you need here and now, because it is always completely here — here and now. The only thing in the way, is the idea that it isn’t this, and that there’s someone separate from this who must understand something first. But this moment is already timeless, boundless, and without separation. There’s no one separate from it right now.
It’s literally realized right now — or never.

Thank you Kat 🙏 So funny…having difficulty, thinking ‘what is’ can’t be it 🤣
