Not what we think it is
Joyful
Definitely not always positive or pleasurable.
(And no idea what blissful even means.)
Simply the joy of being alive.
The joy of experiencing THIS.
Loving
Loving life, exactly as it appears.
Loving does not mean it is preferred this way.
Just the acceptance of what is, even if it sucks.
Because THIS is the only version we get.
Impersonal
Experience and the body are as before.
It’s just no longer personal, not about anyone.
The character is uninteresting, boring even.
Or about as interesting as the heroine of a 19th century novel.
Free
No one to defend, protect, promote, or control.
No one claiming ownership, authorship, or doership.
But that societal game can be played effortlessly.
It’s not a problem because it’s free.
Open
An openness to whatever role appears.
No need to contract around a fixed identity.
No need to take on what is projected by “others.”
Who I am doesn’t need an answer.
Simple
There’s no added layer of mental suffering.
Psychological stress, worry, and anxiety have left.
They were never part of the experience.
They were the added belief that it was happening to a me.
Sharing
Life is without agenda.
All this writing happens spontaneously.
Sharing this could just as easily stop.
There’s nothing to gain from it.

And what a wonderful contribution has been made. Thanks 🙏🏻 👌 🤩 🌱 🐟
