What I share is not about escaping from life as a separate self.
We are not trying to undo the self, get rid of it, or kill it.
Seeing no-self is not about removing the self and then living without it. That isn’t possible or necessary.
This is about the experience of life as an apparent separate self while at the same time knowing that the self is not real.
The self is not a problem to solve.
Duality is not a mistake.
We’re only noticing that although the experience is one of duality, at the same time, reality is essentially nondual.
Although the experience is always one of a separate self, we can see that there is no real separate self and that it isn’t our true nature.
We can know the nondual while experiencing duality.
We can do this without having to deny duality, dissociate from it, or try to move into some impossible void of no-self.
The recognition is more than enough.
"the recognition is enough" feels like peaceful permission, to be fully human and know there's something more, without having to 'fix' myself.
Life unfolds just as it is.
Thank you...🙏
Yes, non-duality isn't a conclusion! It's a starting point 🌀🙏
