THIS is not a discussion
All this can be boiled down to one realization that brought ultimate freedom and continues to do so in every moment:
THERE IS NO DOER OR THINKER.
If this one thing can be realized, it is enough.
Try to find the doer.
Everything else flows from that. All questions are answered by that.
We can discuss what a self is exactly, whether there is one, is it really an illusion, etc.
We can discuss what Awareness is, whether it exists, whether there is a material world or only Consciousness, etc.
There are so many points of philosophy to discuss, to try to put into the best wording, to debate and fine-tune.
Who cares?!
Sometimes I get into discussion because I’m briefly under the delusion that it will help.
But I’m done with philosophy.
That’s why these posts are called reminders and they’re under a minute to read.

I need constant reminders of this as my adhd mind likes to drift and I get lost in my thoughts sometimes. But deep down I know those thoughts are an illusion, I just forget in the moment. Subscribing for more reminders like this.
