Nondual ABC
How do I see this?
You look.
What do I look for?
Any direct indicator (not thinking or faith) as to who/what you really are.1
How do I do that?
You notice what is — what essential being or presence is like — when all thoughts about it are ignored.
What does that mean?
It means to know or taste the simple fact of being alive in itself, without adding thinking to it.
How does that help?
When attention rests in ever-present aware being (and thoughts are ignored), it wordlessly demonstrates itself to be what you really are.
This makes it increasingly obvious that you’re not what thought keeps claiming you are: a separate self.
Tell me in a way I can remember.
ABC ;-)
Whenever the intention arises, for however long it lasts, irrespective of what’s going on around you, and without forcing it:
Be Aware of Being and ignore any Cognition.
Do this in whatever way makes sense to you. Don’t worry about doing it right, more often, or for longer. A few daily moments is already enough. Let it be spontaneous and natural. You learn how by trying.
The more it happens, the more you’ll naturally want to do it.
The more it happens, the more it will show of itself, and reveal itself as You.
However, I’ve found that for many (but not all), this isn’t really possible until “what I’m not” is seen to some degree. That’s why the book Seeing No-Self starts mostly with inquiries that question the existence of a separate self, before focusing exclusively on inquiry into what I am.

I am reading and sitting with your book for a while ~ I appreciate that the book is not instructional or overly conceptual but asks you to look to your own experience, to question your own phenomenology. Teaching without being taught is a challenging balance and this book walks that balance well. Thank you. 🙏David.
See when it occurs to you
To see. That is the ritual.
For if you see repeatedly
It soon becomes habitual.
