When I look at a cat I imagine the same kind of self that I imagine in everyone. Even my teddy bear has a self. Really understanding no-self is very difficult for amost all of us: after all, even after the Buddha's discovery over 2500 years ago, there has been little change; one like teaching this stuff in school, with the respect and understanding that it is the most important subject, to know who you really are.

So light, yet so deep.

When I read:There’s no one to forgive, because no one ever did wrong

I felt touched by a layer of formless breath,

where Being is one,

and all blame dissolves into the void.

Thank you for writing with a depth that needs no proof

those who’ve touched “no-self” will simply recognize it.

A rare presence

like a clear spring in the realm of words.

No one to forgive … Only God forgives, some say!

Thank you Kat 🙏 Relationships, to other bodies, etc., has been popping up in my mind/body/no-self. Complex organic systems interacting with each other, and as you say “smoothly, and sometimes not smoothly”. Here’s where the inquiry - I found challenging - of no judgment REALLY comes in!

The self is incapable of not judging. It's always about seeing what we truly are.

🙏🏻 “One BEING, billions of bodies.”, and where they interact, with each other and with the rest of reality, the cosmos continues its journey of becoming.
