I love the 1st punch on - not required ‘understanding of non-duality’.

Everything we do, say or understand stems from duality anyways. Hard to explain non-duality in words.

On the other hand, we do not despise our duality but know it is a part of human existence but not us. Creation without duality is impossible. Everyday a practice and reminder !
