We are often ourneying through states of pre-conscious, conscious and post-conscious.

How can we not experience these as states of being?

Awareness (it's just a name for the unnamable presence or aliveness that we are) is what all these states come and go in.

Then should one say and practice it this way that I am awareness!?

One should do whatever one does because that what will be. ☺️ There is no I to give instructions to practice anything.

Awareness beyond time, space and description dancing for a moment as a finite being, that we incorrectly ascribe ownership to the finite bit. Thank you Kat.

"Awareness” is not a state. You can’t deepen, expand, or rest in it"

Not only most students but many teachers of Awareness are also still stuck in deepening expanding or resting in it.

May this post reach them soon.

“Flow State - Where Are We Going Wrong?”

There is no Flow State.

Only Flow.

Flow is the zone of Presence in motion.

We Are Aware.

We Are Presence.

We Are Flow

It feels like it is our base on which everything materializes. It is there forever. It is not "us". It cannot be broken, which is consoling. And maybe we simply "need" dualism to maneuver through our self-created world.

Takes a while, doesn’t it?

First you realise that there’s something else.

Next you go seeking it.

You learn to call it awareness.

You look, listen, mindfully meditate, retreat as often as you can.

And then suddenly, or very slowly, (it doesn’t matter or signify) you notice the awareness that is and was and will be all the time. The awareness you have fondly named “you”.

And you are in awe.

Literally.

A-w-a-r-e.

(We’re not being pedantic over vowels, are we?)
